Updated “Create New Loan” Flow for Post-Close
In the context of creating/onboarding a new post-close loan onto the platform, we have replaced the question "Is this a Pre-approved loan?" with the following two options: Future Renewal and Audit Now
Future Renewal
Selecting Future Renewal indicates that compliance will be reviewed during the renewal process for each policy. This action moves the loan to the Processing Submission Status.
Audit Now
Selecting Audit Now signifies that an audit of the existing policy will be conducted. This action moves the loan to the Initial Audit Status.
Program Versioning Improvement
To the extent a compliance program has been updated, loans previously-reviewed on the prior version of the program will display an amber “Updated program version is available” message in the loan-level view.
Previously, the ability to Version Up a loan was restricted when a new version of a Program became available, particularly for loans in a “terminal” status (such as “Approved – Monitoring”).
With the latest release, this restriction has been removed, allowing users to version up loans regardless of Loan or Policy Status.
Note: In the future, users will benefit from enhanced efficiency, as manual versioning of compliance programs will be eliminated. Automatic program versioning is scheduled to be released in Q1 2025.
Updated “Generate Email” Interface
On the Policies tab actions dropdown menu, we have enhanced the Generate Email flow following the selection of "Follow Up Sent" by updating button text and repositioning its locations for better usability.
• The Edit/Save Time to Action button has been relocated next to the date/time input on the left, allowing users to easily enter a manual Time to Action.
• A Close button has been added to the bottom right corner to finalize the email generation process and update the Policy to the Next Action.
“Generate Email” Functionality on the Loan Overview Page
All email templates are now accessible directly from the Loan Overview Page, along with the Time to Action feature.
