How to Deactivate a Case

Follow these steps to deactivate a Case:
Navigate to the Case Overview Page.
Access the case you wish to deactivate.
Click on the overflow menu:
On the top right-hand side, locate the three dots ⋯ dropdown.
Select "🚫 Deactivate Case"
The loan’s status will automatically change to Deactivated.
Reverting a Deactivation
If you need to revert the Case's deactivation:
Navigate to the Case Overview Page.
Access the case you wish to deactivate.
Click on the overflow menu:
On the top right-hand side, locate the three dots ⋯ dropdown.
Select "📁 Reactivate Case"
The loan’s status will automatically change to Open.
Note: After reverting the deactivation, policies under the case will remain Deactivated. You’ll need to manually select and reactivate the policies that should be active.
