Need help with something on Advocate? We’re here for you. Whether you’re experiencing a technical issue, have a question about your account, or just need a bit of guidance, our team is ready to assist you. There are a few ways you can get in touch:

The fastest way to get support is through our in-app chat.

  1. Log in to Advocate.

  2. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

  3. Click the bubble to start a conversation with AdvoBot, our friendly virtual assistant.

  4. Share a few details:

    • The issue you're facing or your question

    • Your name or email

    • The organization you work with

Our team will be notified and join the conversation to provide live support if needed.
