How to use the AI Case Assistant
We’re making case compliance clarity instant! The new AI Case Assistant puts compliance summaries and case information right at your fingertips. Instead of searching through multiple sections of the app, you can simply ask the assistant and get immediate, accurate answers about:
Outstanding compliance items
Case requirements
Asset information
Broker data
Other case-related activity
The AI-powered chat combines all relevant information from within the app and delivers it in one easy-to-use interface - helping you work faster, with more flexibility, and less effort.
Accessing the AI Case Assistant
Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Click the icon to open the AI Case Assistant window.
When you’re finished, simply select the X in the corner to close the window.
Starting and Managing Conversations
Start a new chat: Each query can begin as a new conversation, so you can keep topics organized.
View history: You’ll always be able to return to previous chats and review past answers and interactions.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of the AI Case Assistant
Be as specific as possible in your questions (e.g., “What compliance items are still outstanding for Case 019773?”).
Use it as a quick way to combine compliance details with other case information - no need to switch back and forth between sections.
